How do I personalize my items?

When placing your order you will select your item and add it to your cart. You can use this link to provide your personalization details: Add personalization you will be asked to include your name and/or credentials. If for any reason the option is not available email me at [email protected] when placing your order.

When will my order ship?

I personalize each item I process so it may take up to 3 business days to ship. This does not include shipping time.

Where does my item ship from?

Your item ships from Bedford TX, USA.

What if my order was processed incorrectly?

If the error was on my part just contact me and I will make it right at no additional cost to you. If you made the error contact me and I will work with you to fix the error.

If my item is damaged in shipping?

If your item is damaged at no fault of yours take a picture and email to [email protected]. I will have the item replaced ASAP.

What should I do if item breaks after a short time?

Some components of my handmade items are manufactured via a third party. So as a business owner I will stand behind the entire product. Please reach out to me so I can make it right. If you experience any problems including a malfunction please email me at [email protected].

Do you offer gift messaging?

Yes, I offer gift messaging. Just leave your gift message under "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER" during checkout.
